CBAT™ is NOT a grading system. There is no right or wrong answers; or, good
profile / bad profile. CBAT™ is an assessment to gain greater awareness of
how God uniquely made you. This understanding will greatly benefit you and it can
greatly benefit the body of Christ… the church. The learning that you will gain
from this assessment can significantly increase productivity both for yourself and
the organization as a whole. It can also help avoid conflict, reduce "burn out"
